ANTHROPOLOGYARCHAEOLOGYCULTURE
past, present, future
I am training as an anthropological archaeologist. At present, I am a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Hawai'i at Manoa in the Department of Anthropology. My work is focused primarily in Oceania (with secondary interests in Southeast Asia), and I am most interested in themes of ancient cultural landscapes, monumentality, and emergent complexity. Methodologically, I seek to employ primarily non-invasive techniques such as spatial and imagery-based technologies.
My doctoral committee is comprised of the following faculty:
Dr. Michael GRAVES, Chair
University of New Mexico, Dept. of Anthropology
Dr. James BAYMAN
